Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Tingkat Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa Puskesmas terhadap Kepuasan Pasien. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

Kondisi pergerakan harga ekuitas di pasar modal Indonesia yang berfluktuasi relatif tinggi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah pengumuman pembagian dividen. Informasi tentang naik-turunnya dividen tunai yang dibagikan perusahaan merupakan salah satu informasi yang dipandang cukup penting bagi para investor.

Abstract

Capital market has important role in economic activities, that is, as one of economic development source. Investment in capital market will bring some benefits such as (1) capital gain, (2) dividend, and (3) a stake in shareholders annual meeting. Capital market conditions motivated researchers to investigating problems related with capital market, one of which is dividend. Dividend policy is still remains get attention from researchers because inconsistent research results.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is one of the indicator of efficiency a firm. Performance measurement of office’s branch that commonly done by company is financial ratio. Whereas performance measurement of office’s branch by using financial ratio don’t be able to show operational condition of the company truthfully. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA method) can overcome that restrictiveness which able to handle many input and output.

Abstract

Background of this research start from one of forward auction market function that create a good trade system with transparent price deciding mechanism. In forward auction market on STA Soropadan, rice is a commodity with highest auction volume. The problem is why the rice auction volume in Soropadan forward auction market fluctuate and a bit low. This study aims to analyze rice auction volume and the factors that influenced it in Forward Auction Market Agro Commodity in STA Soropadan Temanggung, Central Java Province.

Abstract

Each local government are working hard to improve their own economy, including to improve the number of domestic income (PAD). One effort to increase local revenues by optimizing the potential in the tourism sector. The link between industrial tourism and local revenues through the domestic income (PAD) and shared tax / no tax. Successing development of tourism sector, means that will enhance its role in locsl income, where tourism is the main component by taking into accounts the factors that influence it, such as: the number of attractions of tourism on offer, the number of tourists visiting; both domestic and international tourist, hotel occupancy rates, and certainly income per capita. And during the last 10 years is still going fluctuation contribution of tourism receipts to the domestic income (PAD) that should be reviewing the potential and also the factors that affect local revenue from tourism sector in addition to improving the facilities which can support tourist activity during the visit on a tourist attraction.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) are the biggest national economic actors, they reach 99,99% of business actors in Indonesia. UMKM have essential role in Indonesian economy, mainly because they are able to absorb laborforce amount to 97,04% of the available productive labor. One of potentials UMKM in Kalinyamatan, Jepara is monel micro enterprises. They are being developed and increase significantly every year. Ironicly, that the production value is the smallest among other UMKM in Jepara. It is mainly because of the lack of capital. Therefore, Department of UMKM in Jepara tries to help developing micro monel enterprises by providing credit assistance. Purpose of this study was to see the difference in micro monel before and after credit service Department of UMKM in Jepara in terms of capital, production, sales turnover, employment and profit. Research object, namely monel micro enterprises that receive this credit service in Kalinyamatan as many as 35 micro monel.

Mereka yang memiliki lahan garapan atau menggarap lahan di daerah asal, cenderung tidak berniat pindah secara permanen atau sementara.

ABSTRAK

Keberhasilan hidup mahasiswa tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan
intelektual (IQ) semata, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan lain yaitu
kecerdasan emosional (EQ). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
apakah kecerdasan emosional mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman akuntansi.
Kecerdasan emosional diukur mulai pengenalan diri, pengendalian diri, motivasi,
empati, dan ketrampilan sosial, sedangkan tingkat pemahaman akuntansi diukur
berdasarkan nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK).

Balanced Scorecard sebagai Alternatif Penilaian Kinerja Klub Sepak Bola Profesional di Indonesia (Studi Kasus Pada Persijap Jepara).

Abstract

Persijap Jepara is a football club owned by the Government of Jepara is a part the financing comes from grants budget. Achievements Persijap good enough to be able to survive in the Indonesian Super League (ISL) 2009/2010 season which ranked ninth in the season 2008/2009 after finishing in 11th position considering the limited budget Persijap than other clubs are like Persijap Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and etc. During this performance assessment Persijap preformance just using Accountability Report (LPJ) Persijap Management that contains the submission of the financial sources of income and expenditure, submission of achievement in the ISL and the Copa Persijap Indonesia, as well as an explanation for the competition problems and solutions. By using the LPJ is only capable of short-term oriented so that the performance of the company to be running unstable or less than expected. Using LPJ alone is not enough because many important aspects that trigger Persijap performance is not visible in the performance appraisal and assessment is still fragmentary yet comprehensive and thorough. This study aimed to find out how Persijap performance using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). By using the performance assessment, can be known causal link between drivers of performance and results achieved. Thus expected to become a club Persijap football fans that can create a satisfied, productive and committed players, and to produce an adequate surplus. Research conducted by collecting data obtained from Persijap management over the past two years, 2008/2009 season and 2009/2010 season. Data were obtained through library research, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 100 supporter and 30 players Persijap.

ABSTRACT

The aim of this research is to identify the perception of accounting
students about the factors which differentiate of career selection. In this research,
the student’s perception is measured by financial reward, professional training,
professional confession, social values, work environment, consideration of labor
market need and personality.
The method of collecting data was done by surveyed respondent of
Diponegoro and Unika Soegijapranata University accounting student. The
amount of sample were 96 respondent. Data analysis of this research using one
way anova method with SPSS version 17.

accountant, and auditor opinion as independent variables while timeliness as
dependent variable.

adhering to common standards, independence, conscientiousness, a strong commitment
to quality audits, the involvement of the leadership of CPA Firm, field work precisely,
the involvement of audit committees, high ethical standards, and not easy to believe has
an influence on client satisfaction.

ABSTRACT

The prediction on issuing going concern opinion has been major concern
for auditor or shareholders. Today, auditor responsibility is winding, not only in
judging the financial report or detecting a fraud, but also they have to judge the
company ability to maintain company going concern. That happens because there
is demand from the shareholders to give the early warning information about
company prospect that influence the investing decision of the shareholder. The
goals of this research are to predicting the influence of financial condition,
company size, debt default and audit reputation that exercise by the company with
the chance of receiving going concern audit opinion.

ANALISIS KINERJA DENGAN PENDEKATAN BALANCED SCORECARD PADA PDAM KABUPATEN SEMARANG

 ABSTRACT

To the face the increase of the current business environment into a more complex
situation, a method of performance measurement that can accurately and
comprehensively assess the company's performance is essentially needed. In this case
the method which can be used is the Balanced Scorecard. The objective of the Balanced
Scorecard method is to measure the performance of the company from four perspectives,
namely: learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective,
customer perspective and financial perspective.

Previous research has shown that the role of manager financial management influences performance (public service), but has not explained the role of manager financial management influence on managerial performance in government organizations with the added variable of organizational commitment as an independent variable. Therefore, this study conducted to investigate the effect of organizational commitment and role of manager financial management on managerial performance Tegal District Government. This research could be used as a reference in the implementation of local financial management and organizational commitment. Collecting data using primary data collection, is the questionnaire by using purposive sampling technique.
