            Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kegiatan membaca. Kegiatan membaca dapat dipandang sebagai kegiatan dasar untuk memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan manusia agar dapat mencapai kemajuan hidup. Membaca adalah sebuah kegiatan sine quo non dalam seluruh proses pendidikan. Segala bidang baik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu maupun budaya tidak akan dapat dikaji dan diperoleh tanpa kegiatan membaca.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Tingkat Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa Puskesmas terhadap Kepuasan Pasien. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) are the biggest national economic actors, they reach 99,99% of business actors in Indonesia. UMKM have essential role in Indonesian economy, mainly because they are able to absorb laborforce amount to 97,04% of the available productive labor. One of potentials UMKM in Kalinyamatan, Jepara is monel micro enterprises. They are being developed and increase significantly every year. Ironicly, that the production value is the smallest among other UMKM in Jepara. It is mainly because of the lack of capital. Therefore, Department of UMKM in Jepara tries to help developing micro monel enterprises by providing credit assistance. Purpose of this study was to see the difference in micro monel before and after credit service Department of UMKM in Jepara in terms of capital, production, sales turnover, employment and profit. Research object, namely monel micro enterprises that receive this credit service in Kalinyamatan as many as 35 micro monel.

ABSTRAK

Keberhasilan hidup mahasiswa tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan
intelektual (IQ) semata, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan lain yaitu
kecerdasan emosional (EQ). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
apakah kecerdasan emosional mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman akuntansi.
Kecerdasan emosional diukur mulai pengenalan diri, pengendalian diri, motivasi,
empati, dan ketrampilan sosial, sedangkan tingkat pemahaman akuntansi diukur
berdasarkan nilai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK).

Achievements Persijap good enough to be able to survive in the Indonesian Super League (ISL) 2009/2010 season which ranked ninth in the season 2008/2009 after finishing in 11th position considering the limited budget Persijap than other clubs are like Persijap Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and etc. During this performance assessment Persijap preformance just using Accountability Report (LPJ) Persijap Management that contains the submission of the financial sources of income and expenditure, submission of achievement in the ISL and the Copa Persijap Indonesia, as well as an explanation for the competition problems and solutions. By using the LPJ is only capable of short-term oriented so that the performance of the company to be running unstable or less than expected. Using LPJ alone is not enough because many important aspects that trigger Persijap performance is not visible in the performance appraisal and assessment is still fragmentary yet comprehensive and thorough. This study aimed to find out how Persijap performance using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). By using the performance assessment, can be known causal link between drivers of performance and results achieved. Thus expected to become a club Persijap football fans that can create a satisfied, productive and committed players, and to produce an adequate surplus. Research conducted by collecting data obtained from Persijap management over the past two years, 2008/2009 season and 2009/2010 season. Data were obtained through library research, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 100 supporter and 30 players Persijap.

ABSTRACT

The aim of this research is to identify the perception of accounting
students about the factors which differentiate of career selection. In this research,
the student’s perception is measured by financial reward, professional training,
professional confession, social values, work environment, consideration of labor
market need and personality.
The method of collecting data was done by surveyed respondent of
Diponegoro and Unika Soegijapranata University accounting student. The
amount of sample were 96 respondent. Data analysis of this research using one
way anova method with SPSS version 17.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that affect timeliness of
the Indonesian public company’s financial statement forwarding. The examined
factors of this research are profitability, liquidity, financial leverage, firms size,
operation of complexity, shareholder’s dispersion, reputation of public
accountant, and auditor opinion as independent variables while timeliness as
dependent variable.

adhering to common standards, independence, conscientiousness, a strong commitment
to quality audits, the involvement of the leadership of CPA Firm, field work precisely,
the involvement of audit committees, high ethical standards, and not easy to believe has
an influence on client satisfaction.

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENERIMAAN OPINI AUDIT GOING CONCERN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

ABSTRACT

The prediction on issuing going concern opinion has been major concern
for auditor or shareholders. Today, auditor responsibility is winding, not only in
judging the financial report or detecting a fraud, but also they have to judge the
company ability to maintain company going concern. That happens because there
is demand from the shareholders to give the early warning information about
company prospect that influence the investing decision of the shareholder. The
goals of this research are to predicting the influence of financial condition,
company size, debt default and audit reputation that exercise by the company with
the chance of receiving going concern audit opinion.

ANALISIS KINERJA DENGAN PENDEKATAN BALANCED SCORECARD PADA PDAM KABUPATEN SEMARANG

 ABSTRACT

To the face the increase of the current business environment into a more complex
situation, a method of performance measurement that can accurately and
comprehensively assess the company's performance is essentially needed. In this case
the method which can be used is the Balanced Scorecard. The objective of the Balanced
Scorecard method is to measure the performance of the company from four perspectives,
namely: learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective,
customer perspective and financial perspective.

Abstract

Previous research has shown that the role of manager financial management influences performance (public service), but has not explained the role of manager financial management influence on managerial performance in government organizations with the added variable of organizational commitment as an independent variable. Therefore, this study conducted to investigate the effect of organizational commitment and role of manager financial management on managerial performance Tegal District Government. This research could be used as a reference in the implementation of local financial management and organizational commitment. Collecting data using primary data collection, is the questionnaire by using purposive sampling technique.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analize factors that influence corporate tax compliance, especially large and medium size manufacturing industry in Semarang, Central Java. Research desain is survey research using questionnaire as instrument. The respondents of this research are tax professional who have at least 1 year experience as tax professional in the manufacturing industry and ever fill the SPT form. This research use the attitude toward compliance behavior, tax professional intension toward compliance behavior, corporate financial condition, corporate facilities, and organizational climate as independent variable and corporate tax compliance as dependent variable.

PENGARUH LABA KOTOR, LABA OPERASI DAN LABA BERSIH DALAM MEMPREDIKSI ARUS KAS DI MASA MENDATANG (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai laba
kotor, laba operasi, dan laba bersih dalam memprediksi arus kas di masa
mendatang dengan menguji masing-masing variabel. Melalui penelitian ini, dapat
diketahui konsep laba manakah yang paling baik dalam memprediksi arus kas.

Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa
Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2006 sampai 2008 yang tidak mengalami
kerugian, tidak melakukan merger selama periode pengamatan, dan terdaftar
secara berturut-turut selama periode pengamatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam
pemilihan objek pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Model analisis
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis regresi linier berganda
yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS versi 17.0 for Windows.

INDIKASI MANAJEMEN LABA MELALUI MANIPULASI AKTIVITAS RIIL (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Right Issue yang terdaftar di BEI)

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi adanya indikasi manajemen laba
melalui manipulasi aktivitas riil dengan memberikan diskon untuk meningkatkan
penjualan secara temporer, overproduction untuk melaporkan harga pokok penjualan
yang rendah dan pengurangan biaya diskresioner untuk meningkatkan laba pada
perusahaan-perusahaan yang melakukan penawaran right issue pada periode tahun 2004-
2008 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, manajemen laba
diukur dengan tiga variabel manipulasi aktivitas riil, yaitu manipulasi aktivitas riil
melalui arus kas kegiatan operasi, manipulasi aktivitas riil melalui biaya produksi dan
manipulasi aktivitas riil melalui biaya diskresioner. Model manipulasi aktivitas riil yang
digunakan berdasarkan pada Roychowdhury (2006).

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan
keuangan. Terlebih dahulu dilakukan analisis regresi untuk menemukan estimasi nilai
normal dan abnormal dari arus kas operasi, biaya produksi, dan biaya diskresioner.
Selanjutnya dilakukan statistik diskriptif , dan analisis regresi untuk menguji masing-
masing hipotesis.

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KETERLIBATAN DEPARTEMEN AKUNTANSI DAN KECANGGIHAN SISTEM AKUNTANSI DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN OUTSOURCING (Studi Empiris pada PT PLN APJ Tegal)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keterlibatan
departemen akuntansi dalam pengambilan keputusan outsourcing dan
kecanggihan sistem akuntansi dalam pengambilan keputusan outsourcing serta
mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan departemen
akuntansi dalam pengambilan keputusan outsourcing dan kecanggihan sistem
akuntansi dalam pengambilan keputusan outsourcing unit kantor cabang.
Berdasarkan dimensi Akuntansi Manajemen yang dicetuskan oleh Dawne
Lamminmaki (2008), dengan dua variabel dependen dan tiga variabel independen.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dari manajer dan tiga
supervisor pada masing-masing unit kantor cabang di PT PLN (Persero) APJ
Tegal dan analisis regresi dengan program SPSS 16. Dimensi Akuntansi
Manajemen (jumlah pelanggan, jumlah piutang pelanggan, tingkat pendidikan
responden) dianalisis secara kolektif pada hubungan antar variabel keterlibatan
departemen akuntansi dalam pengambilan keputusan outsourcing dan
kecanggihan sistem akuntansi dalam pengambilan keputusan outsourcing.

PENERAPAN AKUNTANSI PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN DENGAN ANGGARAN SEBAGAI ALAT PENGENDALIAN BIAYA(Studi kasus pada PT. Pelni Kantor Cabang Makasar)

ABSTRAK

PT Pelni merupakan BUMN yang bergerak di bidang transportasi laut.

Perusahaan ini berdiri pada tahun 1950. Seperti juga perusahaan yang bergerak dalam

bidang transportasi lainnya di Indonesia, kenaikan harga BBM sangat mempengaruhi
PT Pelni, yang menyebabkan komponen biaya BBM meningkat menjadi 46,12% dari
total biaya perkapalan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan berusaha meningkatkan efisiensi
di segala aspek, serta meningkatkan pengawasan internal untuk mengelola sisi biaya
secara ketat. Penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban mampu mendorong
perusahaan guna mencapai tujuan tersebut melalui pengendalian biaya. Berdasakan
latar belakang tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan riset mengenai
penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dalam mencapai pengendalian biaya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini juga
menggunakan studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan staf bagian keuangan pada PT
Pelni untuk memperoleh data. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini adalah dengan
membandingkan penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dan pengendalian biaya
yang diperoleh dari studi kasus.
